Return & Refund Policy
Return Process:
To initiate a return, log into your account, access your order through the
“Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu, and click the
“Return Item(s)” button. Upload an image of the product and provide a reason for the return.
You will receive a confirmation email once we have received and processed your returned item.
ArtBasket India's Return Policy
- 1. Time Frame for Returns: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- 2. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund.
- 3. Incorrect Item Received: If an incorrect item is delivered, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
- 4. Unsatisfied with Purchase: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and receive a full refund of the item cost, excluding shipping charges.
- 5. Exchange Timeframe: Once the return is approved, the replacement or exchange item will be delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location and product availability.
- 6. Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- 7. Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and verified.
Refund Credit Timeline:
- Return shipment transit: 5–10 business days
- Processing at our end: 3–5 business days
- Bank refund processing: 5–10 business days
- Total refund time: Approximately 2–4 weeks
Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled or modified before receiving a “ready to ship” or “out for delivery” notification.
- Any price difference due to order modification must be paid by the customer.
- Cancellations before dispatch will be fully refunded within 5–10 business days.
- Once the product is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
